Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dreilokale’s website and platform at dreilokale.ch (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Dreilokale provides a digital matching and lead platform that helps connect Organizers with Venues. We are not a party to any contract between an Organizer and a Venue. Any booking, event contract, payment terms, cancellation terms, and on-site services are agreed directly between Organizer and Venue.

You must be legally capable of entering contracts to use the Platform.

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep it updated, and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Submitting event requests may be offered free of charge (as displayed on the Platform).
• You agree to provide truthful and non-misleading event details.
• You understand that proposals/offers come from Venues, and Dreilokale does not guarantee availability, pricing, suitability, or outcomes.

If you are a Venue, you represent that you have authority to act for the venue/business. You agree to:

• keep your business details accurate;
• respond professionally and in good faith to requests you choose to pursue;
• comply with applicable laws (including consumer, safety, licensing, and employment rules);
• process Organizer data you receive in compliance with applicable data protection laws and your own privacy notices.

If the Platform uses a credit/subscription model for Venues:

• pricing, included features, and credit rules will be presented in the Venue dashboard and/or order flow;
• purchases are generally non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise or Dreilokale explicitly agrees in writing;
• Dreilokale may change pricing or packaging with notice, and changes apply prospectively.

To protect Platform quality, safety, and relevance:

• We may approve, reject, pause, remove, or limit any event request at our sole discretion (including where we suspect spam, fraud, misuse, or low-quality/incomplete requests), even after submission.
• We may approve or reject venue partnerships and venue onboarding at our sole discretion and may require additional information or verification at any time.

You may not:

We may investigate suspected abuse.

The Platform, including software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Dreilokale or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., event details, venue descriptions). You grant Dreilokale a license to host, process, and display such content as necessary to operate the Platform and provide the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Dreilokale is not liable for disputes between Organizers and Venues, venue quality, event execution, cancellations, or third-party failures.
• Dreilokale’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform is limited to the fees paid by the user to Dreilokale in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or CHF 0 if no fees were paid).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Dreilokale may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform (including removing a Venue from the Platform) at any time if:

• we reasonably believe you breached these Terms;
• you used the Platform unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that harms Dreilokale, users, or platform trust; or
• continued access creates legal, security, reputational, or operational risk.

Where reasonable and depending on the circumstances, we may provide notice; however, we are not required to do so.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we process data and use cookies/trackers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
